Frequently Used Menus is displayed on the first page after siging in.  

How to apply for currency exchange and how to submitremittance evidence 

Exchage Application

• New Application... Apply when you want to exchange BTC-USD
• Application List... Confirm regarding in process or the past application
  
  
  

Necessary to input information when applying for currency exchange .
Input personal information and withdrawal bank account information at[Setting] .

*Setup is possible only with Name and Phone number, but it will be necessary to fill in all the items when applying for a currency exchange.         

Applying procedures
Click 「Exchange Application」

Click「New Application」

Check" I agree the service team above" and click 「Confirm」

Enter BTC amout (Above 0.01BTC)
Click 「Confirm」below
Click 「Apply」

Enter MFA Code (Confirm Authenticator App)
Click 「Submit」

You will receive a message [New exchange application is created]

Of "New exchange application is created." Back to Application List at the bottom of the message Does not need to be opened here.    

Display will change.
You will receive a mail to your registered email address. (Image: below)



An email has arrived at the registered email address, so open it. (Image: bottom)
The BTC address of the remittance destination is listed.    

Open the mail, once you click the URL, the login screen will appear.

Sign in.
The application number is listed, so check it.    

We will send you the BTC you applied for exchange. 
Please send the requested exchange BTC to the BTC address indicated in the mail .

Please send BTC by the wallet App .

After remittance confirmation, you will receive [Deposit confirmation: mail].

Go back to Scales site and click [Application No.] .

  

* Please check the application number.    


Paste the issued TXID in the TXID field after BTC remittance . 
* There is a TXID column below the image above. Swipe to move the screen.

How to attach a screenshot of the screen after BTC remittance    
Press "Uploud image" of "Evidence (Screen Capture)".
 If you have already captured Select "Photo Library" and select an image. 

If you want to take a picture from now on, select "Camera" and take a picture. If you select "Use this photo", an image will be attached.    

Exchange Transfer Destination (selection of withdrawal destination)    
Select "Sub-account" or "Bank".

Those who selected "Sub-account":
Enter the email address when creating the account in the blank.

Those who have selected "Bank":
The bank information registered in advance in "Setting" will be reflected.    

Exchange Rate Information    
The exchange rate has not yet been finalized.
 (* You will receive an email when the rate is confirmed.)
